I have a question as to value of a deisel conversion. I am a retired federal employee, I worked at the mclb depotlevel facility in barstow, not the EPA. Can the epa burn me if I do a deisel conversion using a dukota in my 1990 ranger. I know from working on deisels with the corps, there are a lot of really good engines available.
