I've got a few t5 led's in red, white, blue & yellow.
Should note that if you want to change colors from say blue to red, you'll need to sand the overlay color filtering so the new color will show through. If you just want to brighten up your existing color, you can use white or the matching color led's.
The older clusters like my 96 have 6x t10 base bulbs.
