Stay tuned for my full write up on the product/shorty console fix-it kit. It's a full metal replacement guaranteed never to crack like the weak stock plastic ones. I just installed mine before Christmas. It literally is the holy grail of Ranger interior fixes. Well worth the $50 or so for it and it'll last FOREVER!!! If that link doesn't work, just go over to
www.rockauto.com and look up a 2000 4.0L Ford Explorer, click interior, click console, and you'll see it....Part # ARM-100. OR just search that part number on RockAuto. Getting a used armrest hinge is just not worth it. It's gonna brake again...I was on #2 before I found this AWESOME product.
