Make sure the bulb is seated correctly. I ran into this problem on my sidemarker lights on my STi. Sometimes the LED's pcb board or base is thinner than the bulb,.. you can fix this by taking a small flat head screw driver and carefully pushing the metal tabs closer together so that when you put the led bulb back in it has a tighter fit.
