i saw one on the lot the day i bought my truck for like 9 g with like 2o g on the clock and was kinda liking it. till i drove the ranger and when i stepped on the raiders bumper the truck sunk like 3" and the ranger sunk but only a little. plus the boys at local ford dealer told me how well the 2.3 held up and last with the right maintenance and there was one in the shop for oil change with a little over 200g on its clock so i was sold!
