I have converted 2 of them. You will need all the parts: 4wd Trans(or convert yours to 4wd), transfer case, both driveshafts, front axle, front spindles, wheel bearings, rotors, and maybe a frame mount depending on your truck. Electrically you have 2 options. You can add the wiring to your harness or replace your trucks dash harness. I've done both. It it easiest to just change the harness but they can be expensive. The one problem I ran into on one truck is that most common 4x4 gem modules are for 4wabs and a lot of 2wd trucks are rabs. If your truck doesn't have 4wabs it might be hard to find the right gem. You will need the gem, 4wd cluster, and radio bezel. Another option would be to install a manual transfer case to bypass the wiring headache.
