If you get tires that will tuck, which you'll need to if you go a full 5" drop, the flares will look ghey, cause they'll stick out way past the tires. With a 3/4 drop, you can pull them off and make it look good, but the logistics of a 5" drop make the flares a bad idea. No maybe if you stretched the fender a bit, that could be cool, 'cause you could run a wider tire and still keep it out at the edge of the wheel.
