No, it costs over 15.00 to ship with delivery confirmation, I paid 12.00 for it so the price listed I make 3.00 if that because it has to be run to the post office and the cost of packing supplies. Take a look at them on ebay, they go for alot more so I believe my price is a more than a fair price
