Ever since the problem with my gear shift needle breaking and always being a gear off, I've had some really strange issues with my truck. My side mirrors vibrate constantly, and it feels like my tires now need balance when they didn't before. It also doesn't seem like my truck wants to gear at all, despite the needle being the only thing that I think broke (although my gear shift is loose, despite the torx screws being tight under the dash). Also, I keep smelling burning, but all my fluids are fine, but when I look under my truck, the bottom of the engine and other parts looks like it's coated in wet oil.

Any ideas?
