I also think you are correct about DRL's...only on Canadian builds.

Turn signal lamps in front area of headlamps do not blink fast.

Yes...the fog lamps are turned on by the switch when the headlamps are turned on....but they don't work.

possibly a wiring flaw...don't believe the factory uses standard electrical tape in production process (LOL)
