Unless you plan on doing some body work to your shiny new truck, or you're going to replace them with something else, you're stuck with the badges. I know, it sucks. That was the first thing I was going to do when I got my Ranger.
I agree about the decals. I haven't had decals and stickers and shit on my vehicles since I was a kid. My FX4 has no decals.
If you can peel up just a corner of it (do it however you want, but you can do it with a razor blade if you're
extremely careful), keep constant heat on it with a blow dryer, and peel it very slowly.
