You would have to replace the lens for sure if you want to keep te stock dome light. You could swap in a mustang light if you'd like. I prefer the stang light with LED's. Even without the LED's it lights the truck better and the map lights are real nice to have and brighter as well. Also, stang lights dont break as easily like the OEM bubble domes. If you would like a stang light, I have a few for sale and I can paint it for you.
