how about these rules:

nominations are sent in by active members for the first 3 weeks of the month.
on the 4th week, the winner will be announced.
you cannot nominate yourself.
once a winner has been chosen. they CANNOT be nominated again for one year.(this gives everyone a chance)
all types of Rangers are open to be nominated. there will NOT be a 4X4 or "lifted" or "Lowered" category.
