you have to make sure the marks are correct. I have not done one myself but I think you use the marks that are on the rear timing belt cover. some people have complained about ford putting 2 sets of marks and confusing people. also if the mark on the cam is off a little try spinning it 360 degrees. the cam goes around twice for one crank. your oil pump has to be line up perfect because the cam sensor runs off of that.......
