yeah I accidently spilled some of the citrus stuff into the washing machine while doing laundry on my blood stained clothes after getting cut really bad at work one night. The stuff removed dried blood so it should work. But you have to let it soak a little bit and use a scrub brush with a light touch. I used it on my seats after seeing the results with my laundry. It worked. My gray interior had blood stains in my seat and it removed the stains.
