If you have any questions during the swap, I may be able to help, I am almost finished doing it to my 2000 with a T-5 in it and other people here have done it as well. You need to decide whether you are doing EFI or Carb, there is info out there for both but EFI is going to probably be easier especially if you get a 5.0 from an explorer.
