could do a 3" body lift and a 2"-3" suspension. for the rear maybe some lift shackles and/or explorer leaf springs, and for the front lift spindles with IFS, or f150 spring coils if its TTB. ant general knowledge of the year its gonna be? might check out the suspension section there's a thread on all the lifting methods for your truck. you can almost anything urself if you have the right tools.

also if its IFS you can just turn the crank the torsion bar for an about 1" of lift, and its free!
