Here's a tip that works really well--I've heard it from several different body men.
Get the Dupli-Color touch-up paint to match, but instead of using the brush, use an old school match-the cardboard ones that come in a "book". Tear a match out of the book and use the "torn" end for the brush. Works great, less blobs, puts on the perfect amount of paint.
