Default Rancho 9000 setting?
Just got my 4 R9000's in the mail yesterday and will be installing them soon. They have 9 settings......

-What is a good setting to start out with on the front and back?

-Are they adjustable after they have been installed? I have heard different things about this....but they are gas regulated and appear to be adjustable after installation.
