It seems like my fan clutch is engaged all the time. Even when I turn on the truck after it's been sitting all night and the engine is cold, I can hear the fan spinning at the same speed as the engine. I can still turn the fan by hand when the engine is off though. Is it supposed to be like that or is my fan clutch shot? My other vehicle also has an engine driven fan but it only engages the fan clutch when things are getting too hot. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
