Never did well in math....OEM is 15" New is 16". Divide 16 by 15 = 1.0666...... 1.06% ?
Trip is 300 miles X 1.06 = 318 divided by 18 gallons = 17.66 mpg

Does that look right?

Thanks for the math lesson
