98 requires a minor wiring change to make this happen. Here's how I would do it. Proceed at your own risk:

• Cut the dark blue w/light green stripe a few inches from where it comes out of the underhood Distribution Box
• Insulate the cut end of the DB/LG wire that is going toward the firewall.
• Extend the cut end of the DB/LG wire coming from the Distribution Box and tee it into the solid brown wire that feeds the front parking lamps.

The brown wire is in the large wire bundle that runs close to the Distribution Box. So, with a little planning, the mod could be done in a very tidy manner. The underhood area is a harsh environment and any electrical connections need to be solid, waterproof and well-insulated.
