Making the truck breathe better is always a good option. Exhaust can be affordable. I have an intake on my 3.0, but all that really did was make it sound better. Headers are cool and you will notice a difference, just depends what kind of budget your on. A programmer is a good way to wake that motor up. I hear slot about turbos, and superchargers but they can get pricy. No matter what your gonna have alot of fun with your new toy.
