They're the equivalent to the cheap coil lifts on the older trucks. You can add taller coils or spacers to the truck to lift it up, but your camber is severely affected, causing premature tire wear.
Ya I got an alignment right after the lift but I chose the keys over the suspension cause it was about $2000 cheaper and yes It changed the cv angle but not enough to cause any worry and with the suspension lift you have to replace the front drive shaft cause the angle is to much for the stock shaft and will vibrate till malfunction and the shaft is another $500 but it's only opinions cause in the end the only real way to go is solid axles IFS is for high way use lol but thanks for the heads up
