Default I lost it in Sears auto today

As I drove my Ranger to work, the front end was shaking a bit so I stopped at the Sears auto near my job to have the front tires re-balanced. I was real early for work so I figured I had time and the guy at the register said we can do it in a half hour. The manager says, the tires are too big and they cant balance them. They didnt realize they balanced the very same truck with 33's last year, then they say ok.

As I watch the kid pull my truck into the bay, he takes about 15 minutes to figure out what he is doing with the lift and where to put it. After he lifts it, tires come off...cool right? WRONG! 30 minutes go buy he is still messing around with my tires on the floor. So I figure center caps, I go in the shop and he says center caps wont come off. I look at the center caps and there are dents all over!!!

I tried to keep calm, I grabbed my tires their rubber mallet and wd40 and take the center caps off. I turned around to drop the tire and I see how they lifted my truck

After seeing that, I red lined started yelling at the kid, got the manager and told them both they should know better than lifting a truck that way and said some other things as well. I also told them they had to do an alignment because of they way it was lifted and if the bars are even slightly bent they will be paying for all new parts they break.

Then I get thrown out of the shop and the manager says " So what do you want from us"? Ever have one of those moments you get so pissed, ya kinda black out and dont remember what you say or do? Yeah, I experienced that when the guy told me that the truck cant be aligned because all the ball joints are bad. I told him to align it anyway and I will have someone else look at the ball joints because they dont know their heads from their asses at this point.

Get thrown out again. 10 minutes go by the manager says you're almost done and ready to go. Well, they still never balanced the damn wheels because after I said something about how they lifted the truck, they threw the wheels on and moved it to the alignment rack. The manager says with a big attitude " Sir the wheels were already balanced". I leave it at that.

Then I see 2 guys rolling my tires over to the balance machine and balance my tires....So Yeah the manager is an ass. I go to pay, they only charge me for the balancing, and the cashier tells me they didnt adjust anything for the alignment, then the manager says yes it was adjusted so who the hell knows what was done?!

I left took it to a buddies shop so he could look at the ball joints, confirmed 2 uppers are bad, not all 4 but I will replace them anyway.

So needless to say, after over 2 hours of waiting and making me an hour late for work, and crushing my 2 center caps I can say Sears sucks and have no idea what they are doing and I am hitting their feedback website every day with this story!!
