Timing

Sounds like your a tooth or two off on a pulley or two
I know you think your not, I did too.

Check the threads I started recently (past 3mo) regarding timing. I took 20+ times before I got it right.

I went as far as to count the actual number of teeth on the pulleys and belt and how many teeth between all of them.
