How about looking at what's actually happening at the rotating teeth on the hub/assembly.
if the teeth are different at ALL than stock, it won't work, trust me, I've tried on TONS of different vehicles. The teeth gotta be the same pitch/spacing, distance from sensor, etc.
Look at the sensor while spinning the hub to visibly see and make sure it's spinning true and round
