its just a course thread large sheet metal style screw. its just threaded into the frame IMO. get a bolt and get a Tap and tap the hole to that bolt and done.
if you have access to a welder. I welded grade 8 nuts to the frame on the lower and upper because the frame strips out so easy and thats how mine are on.
