What range of years will fit? Are the shapes all exactly the same since the '96? No change in contours or the like?

I'm asking so as to increase my chances of finding the right part to scavange when I'm down at the yards. I know Ford made a whole lot of '96s and the years preceeding and following them were similar. I just need to know how long that lasted before they changed them such that the tail light assemblies - the plastic piece containing the brake, turn, and back-up lenses - were no longer the same shape or size.

I've a green 2WD '96 XLT Supercab with a standard bed and the standard (i.e. weak) engine. It's my baby though and I'm pretty happy with it!
