You will probably need the radiator support as well, since the gen I trucks use a sealed beam light and your gen II has the replaceable bulb style. I'm pretty sure they mount up differently. As a word of advice, before you swap the rad supports, spray generous amounts of PB Blaster or Liquid Wrench on the mounting bolts. Years of battery acid and weather take a big toll on the rad support mounts. May be smart to just torch the bolts and then worry about them later.
