Yeah I hear you. Even if it's not my house it still kills me. One time I treated myself to hiring a contractor/crew to do siding windows and 5 exterior doors on my house. They did a good job on the neighbors house so I figured I'd trust them.
EVERY time I pulled in the driveway during the siding install I had to ask them to please stop missing the expansion slots on the siding. I asked them to replace a couple of sections of soffit board before the put the gutters on. Well they took one section off and just covered the ends of the rafters with aluminum wrap, and slapped the gutter on. No soffit board. Then I caught their 38 year old boss using a jab saw to reduce the thickness of a door header in my garage to accommodate the height of a prehung door w/threshold instead of just removing the threshold or making a channel in the cement. BYE BYE. Take your shit that you leave here everynight and leave!
