Re: Ranger With sprung under leafs need solutions for 3-4" lift.
The distance from the front spring perch to the axle centering pin is a few inches longer on the chevy springs than stock springs. If you bolt the springs up just like they are, your wheels will not be centered in the wheel well. You need to grind/drill/remove the rivets holding the front spring hanger on and move it forward so that the holes in the back of the hanger are now on the front of the frame holes. I am not sure how it will affect your lift because of the spring under, but my guess is you will still have to re-arch the springs.
If you already have lift shackles, you do not need anything different.
