Default Coolant leak on 2000 V6 Flex Fuel

Just noticed a dripping coolant on passenger side couple days ago. Removed front skid plate, and high pressure sprayed the engine from above and below, then drained, flushed, and refilled coolant and added some stop-leak (sawdust-like stuff from O-Reilly's). Ran engine for a while, still noticed a leak after a while, which seemed to come from the plastic manifolds that are on either side of the radiator. A slow drip. Stops when engine is off for a while.

I noticed that it now drips from both sides of those plastic "manifolds." What are those? Can they be replaced separately from the radiator?

Anyone else experience this?

Thanks!
