Default Need 97 2.3 Vacuum Diagram

I'm almost done doing a HG job on my 97 2.3 and was a fool to not properly label all the vacuum lines. Didn't realize this thing had so many to begin with. I've got a line coming out the upper intake manifold right on the inside of it underneath the throttle body, it's got some sort of plastic push rod piece inside, no clue where it goes. Also have an open vacuum port underneath the throttle body coming out of the throttle body itself, have no idea what could possibly plug into it.

A diagram or somebody walking me through this mess would be greatly appreciated

The line for the throttle body port runs next to the dip stick and attaches to the evap purge valve on the drivers side fe
nder well

Port between the front two cylinders on the upper intake goes to the fuel pressure regulator.

right on i figured out the throttle body line much thanks man. the line i can't figure out is the 'A/CL BI MET' in that diagram. It's on the underside of the upper intake mani and it's got some sort of plastic pushrod piece inside of it. I've got a shitty camera but i'll snap some pics of it just in case.

Are all the lines hooked to the manifold vacuum T were the brake booster attaches.

Check to be sure you connected the small coolant line running from the heater hose to the intake manifold.

thats the line. i have it routed through the front opening as you can see in the pics. took it to ford and they want to charge me 85 for the first hour just to diagnose it and take everything apart again. one guy said it was some sort of pcv.

previous owner bypassed the heater lines and looped it to the water neck in the front so no coolant lines there...

i'm almost positive it's the 'A/CL BI MET' line in the diagram you posted, FPR vacuum and BrakeBooster Vacuum are properly hooked up. Just have no idea what the other end, 'A/CL DV', looks like or where it's at.

I found this diagram on here. I have no idea what years it applies to. Maybe it will be close enough to be helpful.

Theres a metal canister mounted to the side of the block under the lower intake above the oil filter that the pcv line plugs into.

I'm guessing this is it?

And if that's the case, i take it i'm missing the other half of the hose that connects into that hole atop the canister. This end seems way too small:

Yep. Thats it. There's no other hose that attaches, the pcv valve just plugs into it. Just reroute the hose and it will be fine.
