need help! fuel pump problems

i have an 05 2.3l and i just recently replaced the fuel pump, and i drove it all that day and no problems. then i drove it that night and it died on me, stalled out and wouldnt restart. this mourning i started it right up drove it around and it seems ok but i think it will stall again on me, so if it wasnt the fuel pump what else could it be?. Another question is that is read somewhere that is could be the fuel pump switch, is that possible? if so, how do u reset it? thanks

Its not the switch. It wouldn't work at all if it was. It however could be the fuel filter is clogged up. Any codes/engine light on? However for being an '05 the filter shouldn't be clogged, but can be. How many miles are on the truck?
