Default Clutch Help!

The clutch on my 96 Mazda B 2300 (2.3 5 speed) is $hit to say the least. Some times it works like a dream and other time it is like their is no clutch. I have 1500 miles on the new motor, clutch, slave cylinder, throw out bering ect... We bench bled the clutch and put it in the truck. Did not work. Tried to gravity bled it and still nothing. We have even presure bled it and it is still not working right. We also tried another new clutch set up to see if it was just a bad part but still nothing. All the work was done right by a old Ford mechanic. What do i do now since insurance fraud is illegal.
