Default Help, brake lights not working?

When I turn my headlights on, the brake lights comes on but without the headlights, it will not come on, any ideas??? For now I am going to replace all the fuses in the fuseboxes to see if its a quick fix since I got to have working brakelights to go to work and don't have the time to go over everything. any help is appreciated.

did you do anything mod wise to the truck before this happened?

And are you referring to your taillights coming on with the headlights but not lighting up when you press on the brake pedal?

I got the brake lights working, i didn't know i was supposed to put the switch back on the pedal, not just wire it up. damn hearing loss prevented me from understanding the video on the youtube. However, I am still working on why that fuse keeps blowing.

Which fuse keeps blowing?? and make a sig with your truck specs engine and trans?

----------

Disregard first question. Double check any wire connections that you made with lights and radio and make sure all is done correct and taped so nothing is making contact with metal.

only the number 24 fuse keeps blowing, I don't know why but my dad got tired of working on it so he wanted to fix the radio and get it over with. That fuse goes for Clutch Pedal Position/Starter Interrupt Relay/Anti-Theft.

Ok. IIRC Your clutch pedal position sensor is under the dash near the top of the clutch pedal. i would inspect those wires and see if you have anything rubbing or pinched and shorting/grounding out.
