Default 2.3 engine removal

I am planning on removing the engine from my 2002 2.3 ranger and need help on the wiring removal. Is the easiest way, to unplug the main harness from the block at the firewall. Does that free up all the wiring so it can come out with the engine?

There shouldnt be to many wire to unplug from the motor itself then you can just push them off to the side. I have never pulled a motor out of a ranger but the 5.0 in my 89 mustang I can have all the wires disconnected in about 10 min.

Just twist all the wires together, put them under one big blue wire nut and the electricity will know what to do.
