I have a 2010 Ford Ranger XL, its got the base engine 2.3-liter inline-4 with 143 horsepower and 154 pound-feet of torque (great on gas) 2wd standard five-speed manual.

What can i do to simply make it run better, if it means adding more power what parts and brands would you recommend?

Has anyone else upgraded it this truck in any way?
