Default Cant identify part I need

I have a 02 Ranger with the duratec 2.3 DOHC. It has an oil leak on the rear (firewall side) of the head. This picture shows the back of the head. It is slowly leaking oil from one of the parts that bolts into the back of the head. I can't tell which one for sure, but I think it's the part that has 4 bolts holding it on.

What are the two parts that bolt onto the back of the head? I suppose I'll need to change a gasket. Does anyone know if I can change this gasket with the head in the truck still?
Thanks,
Mike

Ok,
I figured out the egr pipe and coolant outlet piping bolt on the back of the head. The oil seems to be around the egr pipe, but it's really hard to see. I can only see the leak from underneath. If I leave the truck in the driveway overnight, maybe a puddle the size of a dime will be under the truck in the morning. Could this be from where the egr pipe connects to the head? I wouldn't expect the egr pipe to leak oil even if the gasket was bad. Any ideas?

I'm with Dan887 on this one..... Maybe replace the valve cover gasket see if it continues.... Simplest way to me. Yeah and with you too..... I doubt oil would be leaking from Egr.

Its not egr cause only exhaust gases flow through it.
