Default tranny cross member bent forward

Recently in crash were I rear ended someone. As a result my 95 rangers engine has shifted forward. Looks like tranny crossmember was twisted/bent forward causing tranny/engine to push forward about 1/2'' off what I beleive to be the motor mounts. Is there an easy way to push the engine back? What else might be involved?

no time to research it but if the crossmember is removable support the transmission and loosen it see if it will slide back in place then u will have to replace the crossmember with a used one. the member being bent will not go back in place I am referring to the transmission position. make sure the motormounts are not broken u may wanna put some blocks under the engine just to be on safe side. other than that you need to take a very close look to see if any other areas are damaged. work smart and safe good luck .
