Default Timing 2.0l HELP!

Hey guys. So I slipped the belt on my 2.0 and I'm replacing it now. I have found TDC yadda yadda the works. The only problem is I can't seem to find the tick mark on the engine to line my cam up with. Anybody have any suggestions?

triangle on cam / diamonds on auxiliary sprocket / circle on crank. note on crank is the keyway will be 90 degrees upwards from oil pan flange. we verifiy tdc by using a section of hose on the number one cylinder plug location and blowing into cylinder it should be hard to do if is very easy the valves are open and you are not on tdc. ( there may not be a traingle mark on the block itself for the cam reference: it may just be a stud / peg sticking up and should be at about 5 o' clock.
