Default 1999 Fuel System Question Single Line System

Hello All, Thought I'd make my first post question a good one.
I'm using a 1999 Ranger 2.5L engine/trans in an 1928 A Model build and have run into a fuel system problem. With most modern fuel injection systems there is a pressure and a return line from the tank to the engine, however in 1999 Ford chose to run a single line with no return. This would be fine if I could use the stock tank or find a tank that would fit and use the stock fuel pump/level assembly. The stock tank is too long and I've looked at the offerings from "Tanks Inc" and their universal tanks will fit in the bed but the require a external device to regulate fuel pressure. Is there a inline regulator/filter that will support the 60 to 70 psi that the engine requires available that I can mount to the frame to allow a single line to continue to the engine?

You could get a fuel cell and install the stock pump unit in it,that is what we did with our 99 2.5 EFI race truck.Get a 12-16 gallon tank,Jazz, race cell or other brand name,a bulkhead fitting for the line and one for the wires. You could set yours in the middle(we set ours in the right rear corner)We have used our for several years with no problem. The 99 system has the pressure regulator built in so no need to run a seperate regulator.
