Post 1999 Ford Ranger Manual Transmission Problem

I have a 99 Ford Ranger, 2.5 4cyl, manual transmission, 2wd, with no mods. Truck is stock besides all terrain wheels. Recently on the way back from Columbus, after i take off in first gear and shift all the way through, after i release the clutch and put on the gas there seems to be a grinding/rubbing sound. I have no clue what it is. I dont know if its mounts in the engine or transmission, front end parts, or ??.

Its not hard to shift in or out of gear at all. It shifts the same way it has when I got it 7 years ago with 74,000 miles. It now has 145,xxx miles on it. It has been kept up with regular maintenance and and preventative maintenance like spark plugs and stuff like that.

Any suggestions on what it is or if you have had the same problem would be greatly appreciated because I don't just wanna throw money at it and it not be fixed.

Thanks
