Help!
My Ranger's temp. gauge has been acting funny. I'll be driving and suddenly the needle goes down to almost cold stays there for a couple of minutes then goes up to normal. Not long after that happens the needle starts going towards hot sometimes it goes back to normal sometimes it goes between normal and hot and stays there. It's never actually overheated though. I put in a new water pump and thermostat almost 8 months ago. I see no evidence of a leak although there could be one and I'm missing it. Any suggestions??
