Mods so far:
Explorer ohc and lighted visors, Mustang dome light with LED's, In channel vent visors, Explorer sport trac guages, White faceplate for a/c controls, 8.8 ls rearend with 3:29 gears, 302 swap, coil spacers, 3" body lift, Westin step bars, A.R.E. topper with roof racks, 33x12.50x15 firestone destination a/t's, 8 hole american racing rims.

At the beginning of last year the damn thing stopped counting at 254,000 ( dont know the hundreds) so couldnt tell how to know how many miles I drive for gas ( gauge not working) luckly i won a gps from fluke (yeah fluke) in march of last year answering some questions about their meters. now i can keep up with the milage driven and my speed ( speedometer still works though ). only prob is cant keep total milage AND keep up with gas at same time. So in a years time i fugure i drove it at least another 12,000. seen a post in here on working on the odometer so i'll give it a shot and add the miles...

2000, 2.5, stick, has 205,450 miles only work dune to date is replaced the speed sensor, trans piolet bearing, plugs, timing belt, serpentine belt, new raditor, changed the oil about 5 times. shocks and front brake pads.

Mine is a 98 manual supercab, that has just shy of 210k miles on it today. Bought it with 36k on it. I used it as a delivery vehicle for a couple years before moving onto a different job.
I delivered office supplies, including heavy copy paper, also put quite a few miles on it pulling a 5x8 trailer.
Only engine related things I have replaced are plugs wires, timing belt, altenator, and a water pump that I don't think was bad.
Over all this truck made an awesome work vehicle. A fellow delivery man had 250k on his Taurus, so I hope to get at least that many out of my engine.

I bought my 99 2.5L with aprox 51k miles on it about 4 years ago. I just recently rolled over 100k.
