Default 96 2.3 jerks bad

I have changed the cam sensor as that was the trouble code and then another 2 from different suppliers yet still the same.Another day it runs great and then goes bad again.Changed the computer and no help.Changed coil packs leads and plugs,no help.Any ideas?

i have only had this problem with my old Honda the timing belt was off a few teeth.. i would check your timing in general, maybe you have one of the plug wires in the wrong place and then go a head and check your timing belt itself for wear and signs of stretching
