Default need help fast.....

I was replacing my injectors and my helper gave me the ones for my BMW (19lbs.) Now the truck won't crank at all. I swapped the right Injectors into the truck. What could the problem be?...I have to be at work in less than 12 hours. all help is appreciated.

Check fuses and make sure the battery is good. Doesnt crank at all? And how did bmw injectors fit?

I had to take a sick day today, to get this truck fixed. They fit like a glove due to using the same type connector. I heard some people say using high impedance injectors killing the trucks computer (BMW injectors avg 14ohms)..I hope that's not the case.

The truck tries to crank but doesn't start, and all fuses are good.

with a test light or a noid light is the power being sent to the injectors? also does putting the right ones in change anything?

When I changed the injectors to the appropriate ones, nothing changed...that's what has me worried because I was hoping when I changed them the truck would be all better, wasn't the case so I created the thread to see if there was anything I over looked or need to replace. So far I checked fuses, battery, spark plugs, wires, put the right injectors in the truck, checked all hoses and lines. Is there a priming method when changing the injectors...cause I lube the o rings with gas and just stuck them in. I also bled the pressure from the lines prior to injector removal do reduce gas spray.

Going on a month without my truck, can anyone help me determine if I am not getting spark and/or fuel? I know the fuel pump, Fuel filter, Fuel Pressure Regulator, Battery, Plugs and Wires are good cause they are near new. Could the coil pack, ECU or anything else be fried due to trying to crank the truck with the wrong injectors? I really want to fix this truck because my friends loaner vehicle is getting old.

What is your battery voltage (does it actually crank and crank but not start?)

First thing you need to do is see if you are getting spark. By either using a spark test light or removing one of the spark plugs, test to see if you have good solid spark. Remove the plug from the head, plug it into the wire, and ground its body against the block or other grounded metal. Have someone crank the motor and see if it sparks... You should probably do this for all your plugs just to be sure.

Make sure your plugs are clean and now fouled. If you have spark, move onto figuring out fuel pressure.
