awhile ago, when id take a right turn hard, my oil gauge would dip, then pop right back up. Now, lately, if i start hard from a stop, or gas it too hard, the same thing would happen. i figured my cluster was just acting up. Until i checked my oil a bit ago. the oil on the dipstick is slightly below the "add 1 quart" line, wich would lead me to believe i have an oil leak. But i part on a concrete pad and theres no evidence of any fluid leaking from my truck.

what do you guys think? i think my engine is burning oil...

If no oil on ground then I would guess it's burning it

Does it run fine or is noticeably different
