Default Replaced engine, Need to identify hard line wrapping around engine.

Replaced engine in my '92. It came out of a Mustang, I believe.
As I was putting coolant in it last night, I had coolant run out of the hard line that wraps around the back of the block and comes up to about the middle of the valve cover.
What is this, What is it for, and where does it go?

I wanted to go to a junkyard today to compare, but the 4th is a no-go.

On the old pinto's and courior pick ups, it was a hot water line used to heat the choke on the carb. If the intake is still water cooled it may fastened to that.
